These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebChatKit platform, website, dashboard APIs, and embeddable chatbot widgets. By registering an account, integrating our code, or utilizing our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with WebChatKit.
1. Service Provision & Account Integrity
To access dashboard services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and maintain the security of your generated API keys and login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
2. Subscriptions, Fees, & Billing
WebChatKit offers recurring paid subscription plans (including Starter and Pro tiers). All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay the fees corresponding to your chosen plan. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal via your dashboard profile settings.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation
We prioritize your satisfaction. Our services are backed by a risk-free **30-Day Money-Back Guarantee**:
- If you are not satisfied with WebChatKit, you are entitled to a full refund within **30 days** of your initial paid transaction.
- Refund requests must be initiated by contacting support at workmail.hadi@gmail.com.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing cycle, after which your database access and widget processing will be deactivated.
4. Usage Limits and Controls
Each subscription plan imposes specific capacity constraints (e.g. word count training limits and monthly chatbot answer counts). You agree not to circumvent, disable, or hack these limit controls. If your account exceeds its allocated monthly question count, chatbot response APIs will return an error status until your billing cycle resets or your plan is upgraded.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You represent and warrant that you will not use WebChatKit to:
- Store, train, or transmit any material that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on any proprietary or copyright rights of third parties.
- Inject malicious code, scripts, or perform denial-of-service queries against WebChatKit server APIs.
- Mislead visitors by impersonating live support agents or representing AI completions as human representatives where prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain full ownership, copyright, and control over all knowledge base training data and content uploaded to the service. WebChatKit retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, database architectures, vector search algorithms, design layouts, styling systems, and associated documentation.
7. Disclaimers & Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. WebChatKit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding AI generation correctness, uninterrupted availability, or server uptime. Since chatbot responses rely on AI models, you agree to review and verify critical outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebChatKit, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
