2. Eligibility for a Refund
To receive a full refund, the following criteria must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your first paid transaction.
- The request must be made by the account owner.
- Refunds are applicable to your first subscription cycle (monthly or annual). Renewal cycles are not eligible for refunds.

4. Processing Time
