- Chat Logs and Analytics: Interaction logs between website visitors and your embedded chatbot widget, including query text, response status, timestamps, and randomized visitor session identifiers.
2. Processing of Data and AI Integrations
We use state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector embedding models provided by third-party processors (such as OpenAI and Google Cloud) to generate custom answers.
Data Safeguards: All data transmitted to our AI API processors is encrypted in transit and handled under strict data processing agreements. Under these agreements, your proprietary business training data and visitor queries are processed temporarily to construct answers and are **never** stored permanently by the processors or used to train public base models.
3. How We Use the Information
We process collected data to fulfill our contract with you and based on our legitimate business interests:
- To provision, configure, and maintain your custom AI chatbot instances.
- To render analytics, conversion metrics, and query logs in your dashboard.
- To perform system monitoring, threat detection, and prevent malicious script injection or API abuse.
- To issue service updates, billing notifications, and respond to support tickets.
4. Data Security and Standards
We implement rigorous administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. All connection requests, dashboard operations, and public widget transactions are encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) protocols.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account details and training data for as long as your subscription is active. Chat logs and analytics histories are stored for service reference and dashboard analytics; you may request complete deletion of your account and associated chat histories at any time by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar session tokens to authenticate users on the dashboard, remember workspace preferences, and ensure service stability. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some dashboard capabilities may fail to function correctly.

We act as a "data processor" for the training information and chat logs you collect via our widget, and you act as the "data controller."
